In the depths of an ancient ruin on a long-forgotten planet, a team of archaeologists made an astounding discovery – an intact Mech from an advanced civilization that had vanished eons ago. Despite its age, the Mech was still functioning and seemed to have been programmed with advanced knowledge and skills far beyond understanding.
As the team began to study and restore the Mech, they were startled by a sudden invasion of the Trold. The bloodthirsty Trold, with their advanced weaponry and technology, quickly overpowered the defenders and all seemed hopeless.
Desperate for a way to fight back, the team activated the restored Mech, hoping that it could provide some assistance. To their surprise, the Mech sprang to life with a renewed sense of purpose. Its ancient programming included advanced combat tactics and strategic planning, and it proved to be a formidable weapon against the Trold.
The Velmenni, as it was called, lead the archeologist to a trove of Velmenni just waiting to be activated. Once awakened, these sentient Mechs dispersed across the galaxy to find their own way.
