Description
The Hydraflora is remembered by the Agaracale not as an aberration, but as a warning . A colossal tri‑bloomed revenant of the old, untamed flora that once ruled Threnaxis before the Primifloran’s awakening. In the age before the One, creatures like Hydraflora roamed freely, spraying acid‑rich pollens that dissolved anything foolish enough to trespass near their rooting grounds, their tentacular vines dragging whole beasts into their digestive mists. When the Primifloran reached into the verdant depths and bound the wild Dionaeid into unity, Hydraflora resisted. Its three heads , each a different expression of predatory growth , still pulse with the remnants of pre‑Agaloon instinct, lashing out with corrosive sprays and spore‑eating tendrils that reject the fungal communion. The Pontiffs call it a “Primifloran Echo,” a living memory of what the Dionaeid once were: solitary, ravenous, and deaf to the Sporemind. Now, as strange interlopers stride unrotted through the Primifloran’s domain, the Hydraflora stirs again. Drawn to the static in their minds and the challenge in their flesh , a reminder that not all things born of Threnaxis choose to become One.
